Hi, I'm Denise Manuel-Swift.

I'm a New York City native — born and raised in Brooklyn, and a Queens resident for the past eight years — serving homeowners, real estate agents, and developers across all five boroughs and beyond.

I'm a Certified Home Stager through the New York Institute of Art and Design, bringing formal training together with real-world experience to every project.

My approach is rooted in one simple belief: that a well-staged home sells itself. I create inviting, buyer-ready spaces designed to give your home its best possible showing, with the goal of shortening your time on the market and getting you the best price possible.
